The incredibly popular BBC Class has a new addition – the BBC Special with ankle weights. Do you want a stellar derrière? This is the perfect class for you!

This class is designed to sculpt your rear beautifully by using ankle weights as your only tool. By doing this workout at least once a week you will notice a butt lift in no time.

Dedicate 45 minutes a day to BBC and achieve your perfect bootie.

BBC ankle weights will be running on Wednesdays at 12.15pm with Francesca. Please note you can only participate in one BBC class a day.
