CLASS OF THE MONTH: MEDITATION WITH CORNELIUS O'SHAUGHNESSY
Cornelius has studied meditation, eastern philosophy and the human mind for over 17 years. Much of this time was spent in India exploring the mediation and mind teachings that make up the deeper elements of yoga philosophy. Cornelius is one of only a handful of teachers to have studied these teachings in depth and at their source.
The knowledge, wisdom and experience he has gained over the years have given him a deep insight into the human condition and a unique ability to help others find piece of mind.
Cornelius teaches classes and offers one-to-one consultations: he has a great deal of experience working with people who suffer from stress, anxiety and depression as well as those who simply wish to discover a more relaxed and insightful approach to life.
Cornelius will be teaching Meditation on Wednesdays at 19:30-20:30 in S4. He is also available for one-to-one sessions.
