What is our group exercise methodology and approach?
Our classes and timetable are designed with results in mind, the best instructors and teachers, who are at the top of their chosen field, but we are more than that, we are personality, community, authenticity and most importantly, we are a family.
Each of our dedicated studio spaces for Yoga, Indoor cycling, Combat, Reformer Pilates , Dance, Barre and Cross training has been designed and specified to house and optimally deliver its discipline.
Group fitness is at the forefront of KX success and we pride ourselves on delivering a unique offering with an integrated approach to both body and mind.
The class timetable offers more than 100 classes a week across our five intimate studios as well as utilising the gym floor in our Olympic lifting and treadmill based classes.
There is something for everyone…..
- Cardio conditioning and fat burning with our HIIT, Metabolic conditioning, boxing and tabata classes.
- Body conditioning using TRX, Barre, Reformer Pilates and Olympic weightlifting.
- Mindful exercise provided by Vinyasa flow and Rocket Yoga, or Yin Yoga, Yoga sleep and meditation.
- Feel good classes like Latin burn and Contemporary dance
Our timetable is monitored constantly to make sure members’ needs are catered for and that we continue to deliver the most authentic methods as well as setting trends and concepts that will challenge and inspire.
