Miss KX Fit

We’re excited to launch our fitness conditioning frame workouts – ideal for women’s fat loss, weight loss and sculpting.

This uses our new bespoke functional training rig and its multiple cutting edge exercise options. Each class is presented and taught by our expert women’s conditioning team. There will be two teachers to provide maximum motivation and optimal technique with personalised coaching and exercise modifications for new exercises.

Miss KX Fit will be running on Mondays 11:15 and Fridays 11:45. There are 8 spaces per class and you can book your space online from 08:00 on the day of the class.
