Eva likes to keep her clients on their toes with her tough approach. She strives to help them achieve a healthy, lean, strong and flexible body while injecting fun into each session. Eva is originally from Slovakia where she was heavily involved in sports including 800m running, figure skating and skiing, all while studying structural engineering. She relocated to the UK and has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade, teaching Chelsea’s most popular classes. She is one of KX’s most popular teachers.

After exercising and teaching for several hours each day Eva noticed that when incorporating Pilates training into her regime she felt her body got stronger and leaner in a way no other sport ever did for her. This naturally led her to studying advanced level Mat Work & Reformer with the Stott Pilates Academy.
Those of you who know Eva are used to her motivating, dynamic and positive energy, which she brings to all her teaching. Her impressive experience is matched by her high level of Qualifications:

• Stott Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat Work to Advanced Level
• Body Training System – Body Pump, Body Step
YMCA Personal Trainer Level 3
• Circuit Training, Spin Instructor and Exercise to Music Level 2

Eva is teaching Pilates Reformer on Wednesdays at 19:00 and alternating Saturdays at 13:00 and 15:00.
