New to the KX Menu: Black cod and miso with shitake mushrooms

This delicious new dish delivers light yet invigorating flavours paired with an elegant, refined, delicate presentation.

The recipe is a classic Japanese fish preparation, made famous by the chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The black cod is marinated for several days in the salty-sweet miso marinade, becoming silky, deeply seasoned and completely irresistible, the black cod is then grilled and served with Shitake mushrooms and drizzled in more succulent miso sauce.

This is one addition to the KX menu that you simply must try – a truly ‘wow’ dish.

KX also offers a delivery service from the restaurant. This is a member’s only service and carries a £15 delivery charge. There is no minimum order and delivery is complimentary for orders of £150 or more. For further details please ask a member of the restaurant team.
