CLASS OF THE MONTH

As the founder of “The Skinny Bitch Collective” – I am absolutely delighted to be announcing the new SBC Class at KX!

SBC aim to lead the new wave of coaches, changing perceptions of how women (and men) should train. Working closely with some of the elite of the British fashion industry models, We are passionate about changing the perceptions of how women should live and train, transforming the shape and holistic health of our clients using a non-generic approach to working out and internal wellness.

By identifying what we believe is the most efficient regimen bar none, we sculpt the female form using our Skinny Bitch honed training and nutritional elixirs to help you on your way to the shape of your life.

My classes twin primal athletic performance with metabolic intensity. There is an astute focus on technique, tempo and form. I’ve always believe that each member will take away something new from each SBC workshop that will improve their own training regime.

This new class at KX is a mixture of some of the finest exercise protocols we have experienced. Working and studying under numerous experts in the field, we have identified the best tactics to get lean and strong in the best way possible.

SBC classes will help you burn fat, get stronger, leaner and equip you with the tools to use in your own workouts making your training much more effective and fun.

I will be hosting SBC class running on Wednesdays @ 19:30 in S4. There’s a limit of 8 participants per class. Bookings can be made online on the day of the class.
