Derry Temple has over 15 years of experience delivering neuromuscular therapy. He offers a form of clinical massage therapy with a specific and scientific approach to pain relief.
Derry initially qualified in remedial massage after a year’s full time study at Sydney’s Australasian College of Natural Therapies, and a few years later travelled Florida to certify in the St John’s Method of Neuromuscular therapy. He later added to his treatment protocols with the addition of studies in medical acupuncture, fascial abrasion technique, and kineso-taping. Derry often combines these treatment methods, whilst also drawing on his experience in pilates, yoga and functional strength training, in order to prescribe exercise therapy for rehabilitation.
