Francesca is a Pilates specialist, nutrition advisor, fitness/bikini model and writer. She has modelled for fitness magazines and has hosted her own fitness show for The Active Channel, SKY TV, and has published her first book, ‘Pilates In Your Pocket’, and is currently working on her second book, ‘Pilates: the coconut butt workout’. She has also created and written several workshops to take her Pilates work to another level; this is where BBC (Ballet Barre Conditioning) was created, in her attempt to fuse together Pilates, conditioning exercises and ballet moves – it’s a class that focuses on bum, saddle bags, wiggle arms, inner thighs and abdominal areas.
Her motto is: you can do everything if you really want to – put all your energy in it and you will get it! No excuses, no short cuts! Work hard and you will achieve!
