Harry has been involved in sport all his life and reached regional level in volleyball, cricket, football and tennis. He started working as a freelance personal trainer in 2006, with recreational athletes, sportsmen and the general public to help them meet their goals. He completed an MSc in strength and conditioning in 2010. During this time he worked in the sports science team at Watford Football Club, developing their injury prevention and performance program. Since then he has become a fully accredited strength and conditioning coach from the UKSCA. Moving on to work as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of East London with elite sportsmen; including national level gymnasts, Paralympians, GB track and field athletes, county cricket players, BBL basketball players and professional footballers.
Harry is also an international fitness tutor and assessor and has delivered fitness education in the UK, Europe and South Africa. Developing courses that focus on athletic development, performance training and injury prevention. This has led to Harry, working with Aaron Deere, to develop the KX internal staff education program.
