Biography

James specialises and passionately believes in movement and performance to create great physiques using goal centred training sessions. His clients learn functional movement and strength while losing weight, body fat and creating lean muscle.
He has a passion for sports, in particular football. James originally started training for triathlons and 10k runs before changing to focus on Powerlifting. After attaining his personal targets, he decided to learn new skills again, this time Gymnastics. Through the use of bodyweight training he has learnt how to become stronger, more flexible and injury resistant.
James’ unique perspective and work ethic are strongly centred on hard work and consistency to get results. He is an experienced Personal Trainer with excellent qualifications:
