Jules has always been concerned with the quality and essence of life and the teachings life offers us all, rather than the financial and material rewards. In 1991 Jules began practising yoga to help rehabilitate his body after an accident. He continued on a regular basis, building a greater understanding of how yoga can help to rebuild, not only our physical bodies, but also our mental, emotional & spiritual selves.
Jules qualified as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in 1997, teaches regular classes and one to one yoga at KX and travels to India and France each year to continue his own training. He injects passion, humour and knowledge into his yoga teaching. Each yoga session is individually tailored and if required, can incorporate all aspects of yoga, including pranayama (breath work) & meditation.
