Alessandro began his KX adventure in the summer of 2008 dedicating all his passion, knowledge and expertise to delivering outstanding food and superior quality service. Working with first rate and organic ingredients he specialises in creating healthy and nutritious dishes without compromising on great taste.
Born in Rome, he started his culinary career whilst very young in his uncle’s restaurant, before attending the Professional Cookery School in Rome. Whilst at school he began working at a restaurant in the exclusive Parioli’s area where he consolidated his knowledge of Italian culinary traditions and also began developing his expertise in Japanese cuisine.
His desire for further knowledge drove him through various kitchens on Rome’s vibrant party scene, until 2004 when he moved to London and began work at the Neal Street Restaurant with Antonio Carluccio. The following year he moved to Cecconi’s in Mayfair where he became Sous Chef in only three years.
His passion and dedication alerted the attention of Soho House Group Executive Chef, Andrea Cavaliere, who appointed him to manage the kitchen in Nick Jones’ new club, Shoreditch House, and through the Soho House Group he took part in many international events, cooking for the Oscars Ceremony in Los Angeles, Art Basel in Miami and the Cannes International Film Festival.
Daniele Colombo is our Head Chef at KX. Daniele has delivered an outstanding quality of food in our kitchen since 2014.
With previous culinary experience at the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Chucs Bar and Grill, his dedication and passion for food brings life to our menu and delivers excellent service to our members.
Claudia Porcu is our restaurant manager and joined the KX team shortly after we opened in 2012.
Bringing a wealth of experience in the industry, having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years in Italy , mostly in Porto Cervo, Sardinia where she worked in 5* restaurants of some of the world leading hotels.

Patrik gained a passion for hospitality through roles at 5 Star hotel properties in London and the Czech Republic, as well as within the high end restaurant industry. Born in Czech Republic, Patrik started his career in family owned restaurant. After graduating from the Hotel & Management School Havirov, Patrik moved to Scotland to gain experience within 5 star resort environments spending time at the St. Andrews Bay Hotel. Returning to the Czech Republic, Patrik gained further experience in the 5 Star Grand Hotel PUPP. Choosing to focus on the restaurant industry, Patrik worked as head waiter in one of the top restaurants in the Czech Republic whilst also developing his management skills by helping to organising the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. Patrik would return to London, to further hone his skills in high end brassieres with time spent at The George in Esher and the Gordon Ramsey Group before joining KX. Patrik has been with KX for 5 and a half years dedicated to providing the best service to KX members in the restaurant.
