Whether you want a traditional Swedish massage or a Thai yoga massage, our therapists are extremely experienced and ready to ease away stresses, restore balance to the body and mind, and to help with injury and strain.

Each massage is unique to the individual depending on your requirements; your therapists will take the time to discuss your treatment options with you to ensure maximum results.

All massages are available in 55 minute and 85 minute treatments.

Remedial massage

One of the deepest forms of massage, Remedial massage is ideal for the relief and prevention of musculo-skeletal injuries or conditions, whether through sport, occupation, postural problems, or a specific trauma. It is one of the deepest and most effective forms of injury prevention and treatment.

Remedial massage is deep manipulation of the soft and connective tissues of the body leading to relief from acute or chronic muscular pain, an increase in joint mobility, improved circulation, and last but not least a profound level of relaxation, both physical and mental.

Thai Yoga

Thai yoga is a combination of yoga, shiatsu and acupressure. A variety of stretching and rocking movements, applies pressure to the body’s energy points to ease muscle tension and increase the range of motion and accelerate rehabilitation.

Indian-Ayurvedic Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving work on the neck, scalp and face. A variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint movement. Indian Head Massage is used by practitioners to help reduce stress and fatigue, increase mental clarity, and relax and rejuvenate the receiver.

Swedish Massage

This is a deeply relaxing treatment, perfect for someone who is new to massage. Allow the therapist to tailor the treatment to suit your requirements. Relax, unwind and de-stress.

Sports Massage

As a means of preventing and managing injury, this massage focuses on particular muscle groups – either ones that have been injured or those relevant to a specific sports activity.

Deep Tissue

This massage aids in releasing chronic muscle tension through slow strokes and direct deep pressure applied across the muscle fibres and tendons.

Pregnancy Massage

Relaxing and energy boosting massage which helps ease the strain of pregnancy and improve water retention. It is non-intrusive to the baby, and treatments can start from the 2nd trimester and continue throughout pregnancy.

Aromatherapy Massage

Ease away stresses and strains and bring body and mind back into balance. This full body massage fuses the best of East and West practices. Carefully applied pressures stimulate the nervous system while Swedish and neuromuscular massage techniques support a healthy circulation and soothe the body.

Bowen Massage

The Bowen Technique is a remedial, hands-on therapy that is applied using very gentle pressure. The practitioner uses thumbs and fingers on precise points of the body to perform Bowen’s unique sets of rolling-type moves which stimulate the muscles and soft tissue of the body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Developed in the 1930s, lymphatic drainage is a delicate form of massage that stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, improving the metabolism, helping the body to eliminate waste and toxins and providing a boost to the immune system.
