KX Yoga is a mixture of many different styles of yoga, developed by our highly experienced teachers. All classes incorporate stretching, strength, breathing, balance and relaxation.
Rocket Yoga, also known as 'The Rocket', is a style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. It is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice of yoga. Linking movement with breath creates an intense heat and sweat, whilst calming the nervous system.
A yoga class influenced by Ashtanga, concentrating on flow, breathing and movement. Ashtanga postures are integrated with other forms of yoga to create a dynamic practice.
A slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time – three to five minutes or more per pose is typical. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissue of the body; the tendons, fascia and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Metabolic conditioning is an intense circuit-style workout that is one of the most popular training methods used in the fitness industry today. A specialist class focusing on the specific techniques required for Olympic lifting. The class is based around the clean & jerk and snatch and incorporates many of the pre-cursor lifts to assist development in these. It is an advanced class that incorporates advanced techniques & conditioning and participants must have had at least one personal training session to get familiar with the lifts beforehand.
