This action-packed class will teach boxing techniques, drills and specific boxing fitness training. The class aims to build speed, endurance, strength and power to match this demanding sport and therefore reap the aesthetic benefits that boxers achieve.

A yoga class influenced by Ashtanga, concentrating on flow, breathing and movement. Ashtanga postures are integrated with other forms of yoga to create a dynamic practice.
BookCORE/STRETCH
A mid-section focused workout which targets the inner and outer muscles of the abdominals and lower back through core stabilisation and dynamic abdominal training techniques followed by stretching.
BookPILATES REFORMER
A dynamic pilates reformer class set to music. Jump board , small props and tower work may be incorporated.
BookBEGINNERS PILATES REFORMER
A class that introduces you to the breathing and alignment technique of Pilates Reformer. Jump boards, small props and tower work may be incorporated into the class.

A class based around light muscle endurance resistance exercises using a variety of resistance tools: a whole body workout focused on fitness, endurance & muscle tone.

A conditioning workout for women and men that focuses on training weak muscles and real functional strength using interval work based around dynamic resistance exercises. KX X-Fit utilises various pieces of equipment including sledges, farmer’s walks, logs, TRX straps, Olympic lifts and body weight.
BookDYNAMIC YOGA (EXPERIENCED)
The class is not suitable for those new to yoga, this is for those with a regular practice and will be more advanced in nature. A yoga class influenced by Ashtanga, concentrating on flow, breathing and movement. Ashtanga postures are integrated with other forms of yoga to create a dynamic practice.
