Incorporating her sound knowledge of anatomy and intuitive style of teaching, Elisa seeks to provide a challenging and fun class environment for all levels.
Elisa’s primary style is Dynamic Yoga with an emphasis on original sequencing for a continuously evolving practice. Drawing on her BA in Maharishi Vedic Science and long time practice of Transcendental Meditation (TM), she seeks to inspire, educate and help people on their yoga journey. Elisa practices with awareness, patience and compassion, training the heart, mind and body to be strong and flexible.
Elisa’s goal at KX is to offer strength and flexibility training which suit the health needs and fitness experience of every member. She believes that yoga is for everyone – all backgrounds, beliefs, people – the key is to start! The results are there for all to enjoy.
