After years of research on how to achieve a sculpted body, Francesca found the perfect formula. Her resistance` method draws on elements from a variety of disciplines including dance, aerobics, martial arts, functional training and pilates. A compromise between cardio and weight training, Francesca works on smaller muscle groups using a pull-push action to lengthen and tone – even your skin will feel tighter! Over the past two decades, she has worked with clients of all ages and body types, helping them increase their energy levels and self-confidence, as well as improve their shape. Francesca has written seven books and has her own fitness channel, helping her clients stay fit as they travel the world.
