Hennie’s love for combat sports and exercise lead him to pursue a career in the Health and Fitness Industry. His sporting background includes Rugby, MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.After studying Human Movement Science and Psychology at the North-West University in South Africa, Hennie worked abroad as a Personal Trainer eventually settling in the UK in 2017.
Following an evidence-based approach, Hennie aims to efficiently support his clients in achieving their individual body composition and/or performance related goals. With experience in strength training and conditioning, corrective exercise, boxing and TRX suspension training he uses different exercise methods to keep sessions fun and interesting.
Through his career Hennie has worked with a diverse range of clients from professional athletes to people who simply want to be the best version of themselves.
