SueYen is a highly qualified Yoga instructor. Students are drawn to SueYen’s engaging approach to Yoga, which makes classes both interesting and extremely effective. Her style of honouring the mind and body provokes self-awareness and challenges the senses through a multitude of Yoga postures. Her understanding of the human body, combined with her effective and on-point adjustments, allow her students to quickly advance in their practice. SueYen often combines sound healing as a way to assist her student to connect with their inner feelings and emotions. During these classes, she pulls out her bag of ‘tricks’ incorporating the Gong, Tibetan Healing Bowls and Aromatherapy Oils
to facilitate optimum Vibration Sound Healing. SueYen conducts workshops at festivals and is often invited to teach in various Yoga studios sharing her knowledge and practice of Yoga, health and well-being.
