Our training team are committed to being the best in their field, they encompass a wealth of experience with constant education and development but above all, they are client focused. Each personal trainer delivers a broad range of techniques and skills to achieve optimal, client goal driven, results.

We are committed to our methodology of optimising wellness to create powerful long term changes in health and mind while transforming bodies. ‎Our trainers work together as a team to provide complete cross training packages. Variety and fun are the spice that run alongside our tried and tested methods.

What might a training week look like?

Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Resistance and interval training
Thursday – Boxing
Tuesday and Saturday – Yoga and Fascial stretch therapy

Progress is measured with monthly assessments, which are our complimentary service to support and measure our clients training goals.

Resistance training: Weight training, Calisthenics, Modified strongman & women workouts, Kettlebells, Band & cable resistance work, TRX, Olympic weightlifting, Gymnastics.

Cardio conditioning: High intensity interval training (HIIT), modified strongman intervals, endurance training & general cardiovascular health and fitness training

Assisted stretching: FST – Fascial stretch therapy. MAT muscle activation techniques. ART active release therapy. Soft tissue therapy and dry needling

Pregnancy exercise:
The KX pregnancy programme has been developed and delivered over 15 years out of our passion to support women and couples at every stage of pregnancy. Various modalities are incorporated into pregnancy exercise programmes including Yoga, Resistance and Pilates.

Personal training and advanced personal training are available as 1 hour single sessions or, half hour express sessions. We also offer small group training and all options are available with discounted block options.

KX assessments support manifesting meaningful exercise and lifestyle changes

Monthly assessments are our complimentary service to support and measure our clients wellness, personal training and exercise goals.
The assessments are delivered by dedicated lifestyle programme managers in synchronicity with the professional health and fitness team.
Consultations will determine and simplify client goals and requirements using lifestyle assessments, blood health analysis and detailed body composition analysis.
The regular “check ins” aim to empower our clients and deliver simple solutions, which manifest into meaningful change.
Our entire exercise methods are supported by physical, manual and holistic therapy and the approach embodies a broad range of techniques and skills to help members achieve optimal results.
